Maison du Mojo Inc., an agency specializing in marketing and communication solutions for game development companies.

Information about the studio :

Wondersoft Studio is a video game development studio located in France. The team is made up of passionate, experienced developers who are committed to delivering a high-quality, engaging gaming experience.

Their mission is simple: to create games they love, with people they love, for everyone to love.

Participation terms and conditions

1. Registration is open to people who provide their email address after submitting the participation form.

2. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4. A limited number of participants will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place after the completion of a playable beta version.

5. The winners will be contacted with regard to Battle Heights and shall be aware through email when the beta version will be available.

6. The participators will be notified and must hence provide a valid email address to be informed of the game’s availability.

7. Wondersoft Studio shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

8. Wondersoft Studio reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this participation alert with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the studio in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Wondersoft Studio shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

10. Indicating your desired platform is only a source of information for us and does not commit Wondersoft Studio to release the game on that platform. Wondersoft Studio reserves the right to select the platforms for the game at launch and even afterwards.
